We are “fractional” members of your marketing, sales, and business development team.  All of our current clients have fantastic staff already doing sales or marketing for their companies. We supplement existing staff and help move the company forward for a cost that is cheaper than hiring additional full time people.  Our greatest advocates tend to be the staff of our client firms!

Market Launch Group was founded to help companies primarily in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industries identify  new revenue opportunities and rapidly take advantage of these new markets. We spend most of our time executing on your firm’s tactics rather than discussing broad strategy.

Today, we are a handful of professionals with vast experience on the revenue generating side of ICT businesses.  Our background and geographic locations are varied enough so that we can help practically any firm that is looking to grow.  We have full time or part time partners in Boston, Denver, Silicon Valley, L.A.,  and the New York City markets. We believe that having feet on the street is vital.

To be clear, we do NOT typically provide deep strategic consultation but can help with a new set of experienced eyes and ears. We listen to your current business strategy, help your team decide if the time is right to launch a new initiative, and then execute on the full range of tactics in order to launch your firm into a new market or initiative.  We get paid to help the business execute your strategy.

Patrick Murphy= Managing Partner

Pat has been working in the Information and Communication Technology industries for twenty years. He has managed the client facing/ revenue side of ISP firms,  web development and IT shops working closely with technical staff to meet the needs of  business customers of all sizes. He has held tech related quarterly revenue or P/L responsibilities since 56K modems were considered business class.  Over the last five years Murphy has developed national and global expertise working on Communications Enabled Business Processes, Telco APIs, and  Web  Mashups.  He has written and blogged extensively on CEBP and Cloud Communications. His 2009 CEBP status report was downloaded more than 5000 times. Pat has led panels or spoken at various industry events including VON, IT EXPO, Cloud Communications Summit, the Voice Peering Forum, and ECOMM. New areas of research include Mobile Health, the Future of Voice, and Business to Business Social Media.

Vaughn Eisler=  Sr. Research Partner

Vaughn has been working in the Telco and Security industry for twenty years. He has held director level positions with Dialogic, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Oracle. Vaughn has world class expertise  working deep within the Telco channels to create new market opportunities for both his own vendors as well as the Telco operators themselves.  This experience provides him research and marketing insights and resources across large enterprise verticals worldwide.
